Meet Rosie Millen, a specialist in fatigue and energy management, who we have partnered up with to help you. Rosie set up her first business five years ago, Miss Nutritionist and shortly after launched her second, Dynamites. With such a hectic schedule, Rosie collapsed and was diagnosed with adrenale fatigue. This caused her to spend the first three months of her recovery in bed and had to stop working. After a lot of sleep and rest, Rosie changed her diet and looked at ways to change her mindset. Along with reading, practicing yoga and meditation, Rosie recovered and now has a new mission: to help other women overcome stress and anxiety and increase their energy through small changes to the way they think about food and their lifestyle.
This September, Active in Style and Rosie are hosting a workshop, designed to relax and recharge you, alongside teaching you new ways to to deal with that all to familar feeling of being overwhelmed.
The hour long workshop will start with a talk from Rosie, that will allow you to uncover why you are tired and how to get your energy back, which as a result will enhance your productivity at work, deal with stressful situations in a more measured way and become happy and healthy!
