The majority of us are familiar with the feeling of major gym intimidation (gymtimidation?) in the weights section of the gym – you step in, take a look around, and realise you have no idea what you’re doing. Kayla wanted to banish that nightmare, so developed the new BBG Stronger program in her Sweat app. The idea is to help women feel more comfortable around the weights by providing guides and video tutorials on how to properly use equipment, such as a leg press, Smith machine and cables. Just like the original BBG program, BBG Stronger focuses on 28-minute resistance sessions 2-3 x per week.
Not only this, but renowned trainers and insta-babes Kelsey Wells and Sjana Elise Earp have teamed up with Kayla to become the first ever Sweat trainers on the app. Their 12 week programmes are perfect to use in tandem with BBG for a complete mind and body workout. Kelsey’s SELF programme, made for Post-Pregnancy, includes 28 minute specialised abdominal, pelvic floor, and full-body workouts, to be done at home with or without equipment, while Sjana’s yoga-inspired BAM (Body and Mind) programme gives you the opportunity to learn new moves and finish feeling calmer, healthier and stronger.
