Not getting enough kale, beetroot or spirulina? Wondering where to get the best post workout boost? With more juice bars popping up than coffee shops across the capital, we’ve rounded up the five best places to stay hydrated the healthy way.

Roots & Bulbs

One of the UK’s first cold-pressed juice bars, Roots & Bulbs offers a range of vegetable based juices that are designed to be as practical, organic and nutritious as possible. Divided into two groups, Greens and Carrot and numbered depending on fruit content and sweetness levels, this is the ideal place to get your greens on-the-go. A G1 juice (celery, kale, cucumber) is filled with enough vitamins A and K to keep you going all day.

What To Order? For a pre-workout boost order the Smart Smoothie, a healthy take on coffee with added cacao, coconut water and dates.

Each bottle has been designed for a particular need; from the Awaken packed with cayenne pepper for an energy boost to Sweet Beets, for the less traditional juice connoisseur.

What To Order? The three green options; we love the Skin Balm packed full of ingredients to boost the complexion. Plus, if you fancy a snack on the side the refined sugar-free take on caramel shortbread is not to be believed.
