How can I contact you?

How much does UK delivery cost?
All orders over £90 have free delivery within the UK. For orders under £90, we charge a flat £4.00 rate for standard delivery (Royal Mail 3-4 working days). For next day delivery, we charge £6.00 (Royal Mail 24 hour service).
Do you deliver worldwide?
We sure do; we deliver worldwide to Europe, Middle East, US, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand using Royal Mail and we charge a flat rate on £10.00 for Europe, and £15.00 for the rest of the world.
What payment methods does Active in Style accept?
Payments can be made via credit or debit cards as well as PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and our payment gateway is operated by Secure Trading.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can call one of our style coaches and we will take your order over the phone. Please just have on hand the correct payment information as well as the styles/sizes you’d like to purchase.
Can I call you to ask for style advice and pay over the phone?
You certainly can, and we’d love nothing more than to assist you with style advice.
Is it safe to purchase online from ActiveinStyle.com?
Yes. Whether you are using your credit or debit card, you can be assured your payment is secure. All card information is encrypted and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0203 034 0670 and we can discuss an alternative method to place your order.
What size should I order?
We understand it can be hard to know what size to order so if you would like assistance with this please call one of Style Coaches on 0203 034 0670 or email email@example.com. Team Active in Style are expert activewear fitters, and pride themselves on the knowledge of each brand and style stocked by Active in Style; we will ensure you find your perfect fit.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a twenty-eight (28) day refund policy on all orders. This time frame of twenty-eight (28) days is from the day you receive the item. Simply mark your invoice with ‘refund’ next to the item you are returning and send it back to us at the following address:

You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your return to reach us, then for it to be processed. We will ensure communication with you during this process.
Active in Style can offer free postage for your return. Please go to www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/229 to complete the form and download your postage label. Please note that free returns are applicable to UK orders only.
Can I get a refund on a sale item?
Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds on any sale items. We only offer a credit note or exchange to the sale price.
Can I exchange an item I’ve purchased?
We offer exchanges on all wearable goods. Follow our standard returns process first, then drop us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and advise us of the item you would like to exchange, and what you would like to exchange it for (including style, colour, size). We will then hold this item while we await the return of the original item. All exchanges should be returned to the above address.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We pride ourselves on delivering you the highest quality activewear garments, and work hard to ensure all items sent out are in perfect condition. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 0203 034 0670 to discuss.
